Shire Travel Terms and Conditions

BOOKINGS

All coaches are non smoking. The first front seats are allocated at the time of booking and can only be reserved if extra is paid for at time of booking and only then are the seats guaranteed Trips return between various times according to each one but time given by driver is deemed to be correct time set by the company.

CHILDREN FARES

Do not apply as price is per seat and each passenger has to have a seat allocated.

CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to cancel any trip where by bookings have not reached an economical level to run the trip and all monies paid will be refunded or transferred to another excursion of your choice. Cancellation of any booking within 14 days prior to departure is non refundable.

HOLIDAY INSURANCE

Passengers booking onto Shire Travel’s Holidays will be offered Holiday Insurance, anyone not wishing to take out our insurance MUST sign a disclaimer form.

ADMISSIONS

Admission costs are not included unless stated.

WHEELCHAIRS

Please notify us at the time of booking if you have one.

DEPARTURES

Passengers are advised to be at the departure point on both outward and return journey’s 10 minutes before the departure time, as no Responsibility can be accepted for late arrivals should you miss your trip.

COACHES

Due to demand at peak times or other circumstances beyond our control, you are advised that carriage may be in coaches or minibuses, carriage may be in other vehicles not owned by Shire Travel

RESPONSIBILITY FOR ERRORS

All details outlined on the ticket should be accurate at the time of booking and no responsibility can be accepted by the Company for errors on the ticket after it had been issued.

ROUTES

The driver can change the route of the tour at his discretion.

PAYMENTS

and deposits are non refundable except when Shire Travel reserve the right to cancel due to lack of bookings No entrance or meals included unless when stated In the event of a Mechanical failure a replacement vehicle will be sent out at the earliest possibility.

PAYMENTS

It is the passengers responsibility to telephone two days before departure for your pick up time. Shire Travel will not be held responsible if you do not, all calls may be recorded.

COMPLAINTS

Must be put in writing and forwarded to our address on back of this brochure where it will be forwarded to our head office for there attention.

REFUNDS

All refunds have to come from head office so please don't be upset as the staff in the shop have not got the authority to issue without first getting it cleared

BEHAVIOUR

Abusive behaviour or bad language in the shop or on one of our vehicles will not be tolerated and any one committing this act will be asked to leave by a member of our staff (driver or office) or removed by security.

DAMAGE AND SICKNESS

anyone caught causing damage to company property will be Prosecuted, however should any one witness an act please report it immediately to driver or courier and a reward may be offered. Sickness carries a fine of £25.00 .
